Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH13 dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 on the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;i Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular regulating national technical standards for electromagnetic fields of frequencyof the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home AffairsFor traditional medicine doctors, traditional medicine practitioners, licensed traditional medicine practitioners, and those with hereditary prescriptions or hereditary treatment methods, the scope of professional activities shall be implemented according to another Circular issued by the Minister of Health.
At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Environment Management Department;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular to promulgate national technical regulations on high frequency electromagnetic fields - Permissible exposure levels for high frequency electromagnetic fields in workplaces.
Article 1. National Technical Regulations on High Frequency Electromagnetic Fields
Attached to this Circular is QCVN 21/2016/BYT - National Technical Regulations on High Frequency Electromagnetic Fields - Permissible Exposure Levels for High Frequency Electromagnetic Fields in Workplaces.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Health Environment Management Agency, Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies, General Directors of Departments, Agencies, and Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of health agencies of Ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
