AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF TECHNIQUES IN MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT ACCOMPANYING DECREE NO. 43/2013/TT-BYT DATED DECEMBER 11, 2013 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON DETAIL REGULATIONS FOR SPECIALIZATION TECHNICAL LEVELS APPLICABLE TO MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM
Pursuant to the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies under the Ministry of Healthof the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular amending and supplementing the List of Techniques in Medical Examination and Treatment accompanying Decree No. 43/2013/TT-BYT dated December 11, 2013 issued by the Minister of Health on detailed regulations for specialization technical levels applicable to medical examination and treatment system (Decree No. 43/2013/TT-BYT).
Article 1. Amending and supplementing the List of Techniques in Medical Examination and Treatment accompanying Decree No. 43/2013/TT-BYT
Supplement to the List accompanying Decree No. 43/2013/TT-BYT with medical examination and treatment techniques of 25 specialties including: Emergency and Poison Control, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Tuberculosis (Surgical Tuberculosis), Dermatology, Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Traditional Medicine, Surgery, Burns, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Ear Nose Throat, Dentistry, Rehabilitation, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic and Interventional Endoscopy, Hematology - Blood Transfusion, Biochemistry, Microbiology - Parasitology, Pathology and Cytology, Ultrastructure, Laparoscopic Surgery, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (in the List accompanying this Circular).
Article 2. Implementation Provisions
1. This Circular takes effect from June 25, 2017.
2. The Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally-run cities, Heads of health departments under ministries and sectors, heads of medical examination and treatment facilities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular. Any difficulties or issues encountered during implementation should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Health (Department of Medical Examination and Treatment) for consideration and resolution.
