DECREE
Abolition of Part of Clause 2 of Decree No. 18/2025/TT-BCT dated March 13, 2025 by the Minister of Commercial Affairs amending and supplementing certain provisions in decrees regulating the sale of petroleum products
Based on Law on Issuing Normative Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Based on Decree No. 40/2025/NĐ-CP of the Government regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commercial Affairs, amended and supplemented by Decree Nos.109/2025/NĐ-CPand Decree No.193/2025/NĐ-CP;
Based on Decree No.83/2014/NĐ-CPof the Government concerning the sale of petroleum products, amended and supplemented by Decree Nos.95/2021/NĐ-CP and Decree No.80/2023/NĐ-CP;
In accordance with Conclusion No. 14-KL/TW dated March 20, 2026 of the Central Committee on ensuring supply and stabilizing fuel prices;
Based on the proposal by the Director of the Domestic Market Management Department;
The Minister of Commercial Affairs promulgates this Decree abolishing part of Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decree No. 18/2025/TT-BCT dated March 13, 2025 by the Minister of Commercial Affairs amending and supplementing certain provisions in decrees regulating the sale of petroleum products.
Article 1. Abolition of Part of Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decree No. 18/2025/TT-BCT dated March 13, 2025 by the Minister of Commercial Affairs amending and supplementing certain provisions in decrees regulating the sale of petroleum products
Abolish the phrase "kerosene" in Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decree No. 18/2025/TT-BCT.
Article 2. Provisions for Implementation
1. This Decree shall take effect from April 29, 2026.
2. In the event of difficulties or obstacles in implementation, organizations should report to the Ministry of Commercial Affairs (Department of Domestic Market Management and Development) for consideration and resolution./.
