PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 63 DATED NOVEMBER 22, 1945 AND SUBSEQUENT COMPLEMENTARY DECREES, THE POPULAR GOVERNMENT IS ORGANIZED AT PROVINCE, PREFECTURE LEVELS, ETC.;
PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 77 DATED DECEMBER 21 AND SUBSEQUENT COMPLEMENTARY DECREES, THE POPULAR GOVERNMENT IS ORGANIZED IN CITY DISTRICTS, CITIES, AND STREET ZONES;
PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 134 DATED JULY 24, 1946, THE ALLOWANCE FOR MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL AND MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE IS ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
At the proposal of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Finance;
AFTER THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REACHED AN AGREEMENT,
ISSUES THE DECREE:

EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE (WITH STREET ZONE) ENJOY BENEFITS (FAMILY ALLOWANCE, MOVEMENT ALLOWANCE, TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR TRAIN AND CAR TICKETS, ETC.) SIMILAR TO THOSE OF THE COUNTY AND DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE EMPLOYEES.
EMPLOYEES OF THE SMALL CITY ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE (WITHOUT STREET ZONE) ALSO ENJOY SUCH BENEFITS AS THOSE OF THE STREET ZONE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE EMPLOYEES.
Article 3
THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 1946.
Article 4
THE MINISTERS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
