Article 1. Correct Article 4 of Decision No. 33/2006/QD-BTM dated October 16, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade as follows:
Previously printed: "Article 4. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall apply to customs declarations for imported goods registered with Customs from September 1, 2006."
Now corrected: "Article 4. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette."
Article 2. Revoke Decision No. 34/2006/QD-BTM dated October 31, 2006 of the Minister of Trade on the import quota tariff for goods of Cambodian origin with a 0% import tariff rate.
Article 3. This decision takes effect from the date of signature./.
