Regarding the awarding of commendation certificates by the Prime Minister

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards;
Considering the proposal of the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (Proposal No. 99/TWĐTN dated January 29, 2008) and the Director of the Central Reward and Commendation Board (Proposal No. 199/TTr-BTĐKT dated February 14, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding commendation certificates from the Prime Minister to:
1. The Project Management Board for Rural Bridge Construction, Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union;
2. Mr. Ta Van Ha, Deputy Director of the Project Management Board for Rural Bridge Construction, Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union;
For outstanding achievements in the youth movement to eliminate monkey bridges and build new rural bridges in the Mekong Delta, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Director of the Central Reward and Commendation Board, the collective bodies, and individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
