Regarding the issuance of the Rules on Managing Administrative Offices of State Administrative Agencies

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decision No. 169/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 12, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the Project for Reforming Management Methods and Modernizing Administrative Offices of the State Administrative System for Phase I (2003 - 2005);
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Rules on Managing Administrative Offices of State Administrative Agencies."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
