Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Pursuant to Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 4, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Training Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department - Ministry of Health, and the Director of the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency;

Article 1. Issued herewith are the "Technical Specifications for Quantifying Zinc (Zn) in Food".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, and Directors of the Departments of Science and Training, Legal Affairs, Preventive Medicine - Ministry of Health; Director of the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency; Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally governed cities; and Heads of units under the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision.
