Issuing the Financial Management Regulation for Search and Rescue Activities

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the National Committee for Air and Sea Search and Rescue and the Minister of Defense.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Interim Financial Management Regulation for search and rescue activities.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and Chairman of the National Committee for Air and Sea Search and Rescue are responsible for implementing this Decision.
