DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the adjustment plan for the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 180/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 28, 2004 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, and dissolution of state-owned companies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Approve the adjustment plan for the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province as follows:
I. CAPITALIZATION, WITH THE STATE HOLDING A LOW SHARE OR NO SHARES IN THE FOLLOWING UNITS:
1. Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Company.
2. Educational Books and School Supplies Company.
3. Comprehensive Trading Company of Ha Giang.
4. Agricultural and Forestry Materials Company.
5. Mechanical Engineering and Mineral Extraction Company.
6. Ha Giang Printing Company.
7. Cement Company.
8. Tourism Services and Import-Export Company.
II. TRANSFORMATION INTO FOREST MANAGEMENT BOARDS FOR THE FOLLOWING UNITS:
1. Vi Xuyen Forest Farm.
2. Hoang Su Phi Forest Farm.
3. Bac Me Forest Farm.
4. Yen Minh Forest Farm.
III. DISSOLUTION OF THE FOLLOWING UNITS:
1. Water Resources Construction Company.
2. Transportation Works Company.
3. Tea-Coffee Viet Lam Company.
IV. LIQUIDATION:
1. Building Materials Company.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province according to the contents and schedule approved in Decision No. 115/2003/QĐ-TTg dated June 10, 2003 on approving the overall restructuring and modernization plan for state-owned enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province for the period 2003-2005 and this Decision.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province and the heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
