THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTG dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the comprehensive review of legal normative documents;

On the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Article 1. Amend the list of 461 invalidated legal normative documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT dated December 20, 2000 of the Minister of Culture and Information, removing the following six documents from the list of those declared invalid.

1. Decision No. 541 TC/QĐ dated December 13, 1988 of the Ministry of Information on the functions, tasks, and powers of the Press Department (item number 325 in the list of documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT).

2. Decision No. 587 QĐ dated August 15, 1990 of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Tourism on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Training Department (item number 386 in the list of documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT).

3. Decision No. 600/QĐ dated August 20, 1990 of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Tourism on the functions, tasks, and powers of the Finance and Accounting Department (item number 390 in the list of documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT).

4. Decision No. 601/QĐ dated August 20, 1990 of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Tourism on the functions, tasks, and powers of the Planning Department (item number 391 in the list of documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT).

5. Circular No. 67/TC-TT dated October 12, 1995 of the Ministry of Culture and Information guiding the allowance system for leaders of theaters and artistic troupes (item number 460 in the list of documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT).

6. Circular No. 46/TC-TT dated June 17, 1997 of the Ministry of Culture and Information guiding the implementation of allowances for heavy, hazardous, and dangerous work in the cultural and information sector (item number 461 in the list of documents published with Decision No. 34/2000/QĐ-BVHTT). The six documents removed from the list of invalidated documents above remain valid and applicable.

Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Legal Department, and the Heads of related agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
