Article 1. Issuing international telecommunication service tariff for leasing submarine cable channels by Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group for Internet Exchange Providers (IXPs) to connect to international Internet as follows:
1. Initial connection and network integration fees shall be stipulated by Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group.
2. Monthly leasing fee for channels through submarine cables (Vietnam end - half circuit).

2.1. Leasing fee for long-distance inter-provincial channels (if applicable): Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group shall specify the specific tariff levels according to the Table of Tariffs for Leasing Long-Distance Inter-Provincial Telecommunication Channels connected to international channels. The total payment by customers for inter-provincial transmission channels shall not exceed the corresponding tariff payment level at the same speed prior to this Decision taking effect.
2.2. Leasing fee for intra-provincial channels (including intra-city transmission): Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group shall specify the specific tariff levels according to the Table of Tariffs for Leasing Intra-Provincial Telecommunication Channels connected to inter-provincial channels. The total payment by customers for intra-provincial transmission channels shall not exceed the corresponding tariff payment level at the same speed prior to this Decision taking effect.
Article 2. The tariffs listed in the accompanying table of this Decision do not include value-added tax.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
