THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Considering the Proposal No. 1142/TTr-UBND dated November 14, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province and the dossier of the relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT

DINH TAI KHENH

DINH XA COMMUNE, BINH LUC DISTRICT, HA NAM PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic of Dinh Tai Kenh within their respective duties and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Nam Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
