THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Based on Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Based on Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Based on the results of the assessment by the Steering Committee for the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Agriculture-Forestry-Fisheries Group on March 10, 2007;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Education.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Combined Agriculture-Forestry Field at Bachelor's Degree Level.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Combined Agriculture-Forestry Field at Bachelor's Degree Level issued together with this Decision shall be used in universities and colleges with the responsibility to train in the Combined Agriculture-Forestry Field at Bachelor's Degree Level.
Article 3. Based on the framework curriculum prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Presidents of colleges shall develop specific educational programs for their institutions, organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their schools based on the assessment by the Textbook Assessment Board established by the Rector or President.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Universities and Graduate Education, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Rectors of universities and academies, and Presidents of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
