At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Environmental Health ManagementofThe Minister of Health issues this Circular to promulgate the National Technical Regulations on Illumination - Permitted Illumination Levels in Workplaces.

Minister of theinArticle 1. National Technical Regulations on Illuminationrime Minister cThe National Technical Regulations on Illumination - Permitted Illumination Levels in Workplaces, QCVN 22/2016/BYT, are hereby promulgated along with this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.

The Director of the Department of Environmental Health Management, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, General Directors of General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Provincial Health Directors of centrally governed cities and provinces, and Heads of health agencies under ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 2. Effective Date

Thông tư này có hiệu lực từ ngày 01 tháng 12 năm 2016.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý môi trường y tế, Vụ trưởng, Cục trưởng, Tổng cục trưởng các Vụ, Cục, Tổng cục thuộc Bộ Y tế, Thủ trưởng các cơ quan, đơn vị trực thuộc Bộ, Giám đốc Sở Y tế các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương và Thủ trưởng cơ quan y tế các Bộ, ngành chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này./.
