Issuing National Technical Regulations onfor X-ray device - imaging mammography breast and radiotherapy equipmentremotely loaded source after use for medical purposes

Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Law on June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; for technique;

Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2010/NĐ-CP dated January 25 year 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions ofguiding certain contents of implementation the Atomic Energy Law and Law No. 47/2024/QH15 dated August 16, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology at the request of the Director of the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency and the Head of the Legal Department;;

Decree No. 95/2017/NĐ-CP The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular promulgating National Technical Regulations for;

the Director X-ray devices

radiotherapy equipment for medical purposes - imaging mammography breast and This Circular hereby promulgates two National Technical Regulations as follows: remotely loaded source after use 1. National Technical Regulation for X-ray imaging mammography equipment for medical purposes.,   

Article 1. Registration number: QCVN 21:2019/BKHCN.

2. National Technical Regulation for radiotherapy equipment with remotely loaded source after use for medical purposes.

Registration number: QCVN 22:2019/BKHCN.

This Circular takes effect from June 20, 2020.

The Director of the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency, heads of units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 2. During implementation, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Science and Technology for guidance or further study and amendment.

Article 3. The Director of the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency, heads of units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Science and Technology for guidance or research and amendment.
