Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BXD promulgates national technical regulations on urban planning

CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Urban Planning­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

WHEREAS, Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

At the request of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,

The Minister of Construction hereby issues the Circular on the issuance of the National Technical Regulations on "Urban Planning", code number QCVN 01:2019/BXD.

Article 1. Attached herewith are the National Technical Regulations on "Urban Planning", code number QCVN 01:2019/BXD.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from July 1, 2020 and replace Circular No. 32/2009/TT-BXD dated September 10, 2009 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of the National Technical Regulations on Rural Urban Planning QCVN 14:2009/BXD and Decision No. 04/2008/QĐ-BXD dated April 3, 2008 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of the Construction Technical Regulations QCXDVN 01:2008 on Urban Planning.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
