CIRCULAR
ABROGATING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, JOINTLY ISSUED
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents promulgated on June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular abrogating legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, jointly issued.
Article 1. Abolition of Legal Regulatory Documents
1. Abolish all legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, jointly issued as listed in Appendix I attached hereto.
2. Partially abolish certain legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs as listed in Appendix II attached hereto.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2021.
Article 3. Implementation
The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the Ministry’s Office, units under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs responsible for state management, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
