Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BCA amends and supplements some forms of documents issued together with Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015, of the Minister of Public Security regarding forms of documents related to entry, exit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam, which have been amended and supplemented by some provisions in Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020, of the Minister of Public Security.

Amending and supplementing some forms of documents issued together with Circular

number 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Minister of Public Security

 stipulating forms of documents related to entry, exit, residence

of foreigners in Vietnam which have been amended and supplemented some articles

in Circular number 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020

of the Minister of Public Security

Pursuant to the Law on Entry into, Exit from, Transit through, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam dated June 16, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam dated November 25, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Exit from and Entry into Vietnam of Vietnamese Citizens and the Law on Entry into, Exit from, Transit through, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam dated June 24, 2023;

Pursuant to Decree number 01/2018/NĐ-CP dated August 6, 2018 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;

At the proposal of the Director of the Immigration Administration Department;

1. Detailed regulations on certain provisions of the Law on Fire Prevention, Combating, Rescue and Evacuation, including: Circular Amending and supplementing some forms of documents issued together with Circular number 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Minister of Public Security stipulating forms of documents related to entry, exit, residence of foreigners in Vietnam which have been amended and supplemented some articles in Circular number 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020 of the Minister of Public Security.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing some forms of documents issued together with Circular number 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Minister of Public Security stipulating forms of documents related to entry, exit, residence of foreigners in Vietnam which have been amended and supplemented some articles in Circular number 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020 of the Minister of Public Security.

1. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Information for Application for Electronic Visa (NA1a).

2. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Guarantee Letter for Foreigner Relatives' Entry (NA3).

3. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Application Form for Visa Extension and Temporary Stay Permit (NA5).

4. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Guarantee Letter for Temporary Stay Permit (NA7).

5. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Guarantee Letter for Foreigners Residing Permanently in Vietnam (NA11).

6. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Application Form for Replacement and Reissue of Permanent Resident Card (NA13).

7. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Application for Permission for Relatives to Enter Restricted Areas and Border Zones (NA15).

8. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Reply Letter for Request for Electronic Account (NB8).

9. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Detachable Visa (NC2).

10. Amending and supplementing the form of document regarding Electronic Visa (NC2a).

Article 2. Provisions on Implementation and Transitional Provisions

1. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2023.

2. Detachable Visas and Electronic Visas issued before this Circular takes effect shall continue to be valid for entry and exit from Vietnam until their expiration date./.
