Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2024/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents which has been amended and supplemented certain articles according to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;

The Government Chairman issues this Decision to repeal entirely Decision No. 41/2017/QĐ-TTg dated September 15, 2017 of the Government Chairman on the procedures and formalities for transferring state-funded power projects to the management of Vietnam Electricity Corporation.

Article 1. Repealing entirely Decision No. 41/2017/QĐ-TTg dated September 15, 2017 of the Government Chairman on the procedures and formalities for transferring state-funded power projects to the management of Vietnam Electricity Corporation.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Decision shall take effect from January 15, 2025.

2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and related agencies, organizations, and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
