CIRCULAR

Supplementing the Table of Contents of the State Budget

Pursuant to the Law on State Budget No. 01/2002/QH11 dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to the Law on Tax Administration No. 78/2006/QH11 dated November 29, 2006 and the Government's Decrees detailing the implementation of the Law on Tax Administration;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 127/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 12, 2008 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Social Insurance Law concerning unemployment insurance;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 52/2009/QĐ-TTg dated April 9, 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the Population Control Program for coastal and island areas for the period 2009-2020;

Implementing Circular No. 233/TTg-QHQT dated February 17, 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the list of World Bank-funded School Quality Improvement Programs;

The Ministry of Finance supplements the table of contents of the state budget issued pursuant to Decision No. 33/2008/QĐ-BTC dated June 2, 2008 of the Minister of Finance as follows:

Article 1. Supplementing the project code of the National Target Program on Population and Family Planning (code 0030):

Project on Population Control in Coastal, Island, and Near-Coastal Areas for the Period 2009-2020: Code 0037.

Article 2. Supplementing the program code of the School Quality Improvement Program: Code 0330 and the project codes of the School Quality Improvement Program:

1. Improving school infrastructure and equipment: Code 0331.

2. Purchasing goods: Code 0332.

3. Training and seminars: Code 0333.

4. School education fund: Code 0334.

5. Welfare fund for students: Code 0335.

6. Building capacity for full-day teaching and learning: Code 0336.

7. Additional salary for teachers: Code 0337.

Article 3. Implementation organization:

1. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

2. During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for further study and specific guidance./.
