1. Scope of application

- In suitable locations, each restroom must have at least one toilet room for disabled persons. This room must have a wider door for wheelchairs and pathways around the restroom for wheelchair access;

- Each toilet room must have a minimum area of 2.5 square meters for one adult user;

Service Level
- Providing clean water 24/7; encouraging hot water supply in winter for hand washing areas;
- Staff to clean, maintain, replace missing or exhausted supplies, and perform maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment;
- Cleanliness level: Always maintaining cleanliness in all areas, free from odors; floors kept dry without standing water; waste collected and treated according to regulations.

- Hygiene level: Ensure cleanliness in all areas at all times, free from odors; keep floors dry, without standing water; collect and dispose of waste according to regulations.
