THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts issued on November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts issued on December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 of the Office of the Government guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for central activities.

At the proposal of the Director of the Office and the Head of the Legal Department,

Article 1. Correcting Circular No. 32/2006/TT-BNN dated May 8, 2006 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development "Guidelines for Implementing Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agents, purchase, sale, processing, and transit of goods with foreign countries" as follows: In Section 3 Chapter I, the phrase "... Decision No. 16/2004/QD-BNN-BVTV dated April 20, 2006..." shall be amended to read "... Decision No. 16/2004/QD-BNN dated April 20, 2004..."

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Department, and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
