THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 670/TTg dated July 30, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Working Group for reviewing legal regulatory documents in the fields of export, import, and customs;

Article 1. Amends the list of cultural products that must have a written approval from the head of the competent central ministry-level agency or provincial-level agency responsible for managing the content of such cultural products before export, which is provided for in Point c, Article 3 of the Regulations on the Import and Export of Cultural Products Not Within the Scope of Business Operations issued together with Decision No. 893/QĐ-PC dated July 20, 1992 of the Ministry of Culture and Sports as follows:

1. Motion pictures, photographs, slide films, video tapes, cassette tapes, floppy disks, and other types of audio or video tapes and discs containing content not under the management of the Ministry of Culture and Information and Sports.
