Regarding the correction of Decision No. 67/2007/QD-BNN dated July 10, 2007, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts promulgated on November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts promulgated on December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for central-level activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Corrects Decision No. 67/2007/QD-BNN as follows:
