THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its tenth session, tenth meeting, dated December 25, 2001;
To implement the consolidation of the Ministry of Fisheries with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development based on the expanded meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development held on August 6, 2007;
The phrase "or examination" is abolished pursuant to Clause 6, Article 8 of Circular No. 15/2025/TT-BVHTTDL dated November 25, 2025, of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism amending and supplementing certain articles of Circulars prescribing job codes, qualification standards, and salary grades for civil servants in the heritage culture, library, grassroots cultural activities, sports, fine arts, art performance, film, and cultural propaganda sectors, which takes effect from January 15, 2026.
DECISION:
Article 1. Separating and merging the tasks and personnel of the Planning-Finance Department of the Ministry of Fisheries into agencies and units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Specifically as follows:
The financial section into the Finance Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
The restructuring, reform, and enterprise management section into the Rural Enterprise Reform and Management Board, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
The fisheries construction section into the Construction Project Management Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
The statistics section into the Information Technology and Statistics Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
The remaining planning and tasks section merged into the Planning Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Article 2. The Director of the Planning-Finance Department of the Ministry of Fisheries shall be responsible for transferring the tasks and personnel intact to the heads of the agencies and units as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
Assigning the Directors of the Finance Department, the Director of the Rural Enterprise Reform and Management Board, the Director of the Construction Project Management Bureau, the Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center, and the Director of the Planning Department to be responsible for receiving the transfer and organizing the establishment of functions, duties, authorities, and organizational structures of the Finance Department, the Rural Enterprise Reform and Management Board, the Construction Project Management Bureau, the Information Technology and Statistics Center, and the Planning Department in accordance with new regulations, submitting them to the Minister for promulgation and implementation.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Finance Department, the Director of the Rural Enterprise Reform and Management Board, the Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center, the Director of the Construction Project Management Bureau, the Director of the Planning Department, and the heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
