Regarding the issuance Regulations on Competition and Reward of the Inspection Sector

GENERAL INSPECTOR

Based on the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward in 2005;

Based on Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;

Based on Decree No. 55/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2005 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;

In accordance with the agreement of the Central Competition and Reward Board in Circular No. 1742/BTĐKTTW dated November 30, 2006, and the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Government Inspectorate.

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached to this Decision are the Regulations on Competition and Reward of the Inspection Sector.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Department Heads, Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate, Chief Inspectors of Ministries, sectors, provinces, centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
