Issuing inter-provincial telecommunication channel rental rates

of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group

  MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

On the basis of Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government deciding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

On the basis of Decision No. 217/2003/QĐ-TTg dated October 27, 2003 of the Prime Minister on managing prices for postal and telecommunication services;

Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (now the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group) at Document No. 1821/GC-TT dated April 6, 2006 regarding the plan to reduce channel rental rates;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department.

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Table of Rates for inter-provincial telecommunication channel rental services of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group.

Article 2The rates specified in the Table attached to this Decision do not include value-added tax.

Article 3This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 4The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
