THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
On the basis of Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
On the basis of Decree No. 153/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organization and management of State-owned Holding Corporations and the transformation of State-owned Holding Corporations; independent state-owned corporations under the Parent-Subsidiary model;
On the basis of Decision No. 101/2006/QĐ-TTg dated September 5, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the project to transform Halong Aquatic Products Corporation into an organization and operation under the Parent-Subsidiary model;
On the basis of Decision No. 22/2006/QĐ-BTS dated December 1, 2006 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources establishing the Parent Company - Halong Aquatic Products Corporation.
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Halong Aquatic Products Corporation (Letter No. 254/TSHL-TCCB dated July 3, 2006)
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Charter on Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Halong Aquatic Products Corporation is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
