DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
On Issuing the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Construction's Agency
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decision No. 337/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister on Issuing Model Operational Regulations for Ministries, Agencies Equivalent to Ministries, and Government Agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 114/2006/QĐ-TTg dated May 25, 2006 of the Prime Minister on Issuing Meeting Procedures in the Operation of Administrative State Agencies;
Pursuant to the Government’s administrative reform program, and the Ministry of Construction’s administrative reform program;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Ministry of Construction's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Construction's Agency are hereby issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 06/2003/QĐ-BXD dated March 11, 2003 of the Minister of Construction on Issuing the Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Construction's Agency.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Units under the Ministry's Agency, and Heads of Related Units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
