PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to Decision No. 169/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 12, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the Reform Program for Management Methods and Modernization of Government Offices in Phase I (2003-2005);

Considering the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office.

Article 1. The Regulations on Meeting Procedures in the Operations of Administrative State Agencies are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of People's Councils of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
