PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Scheme for the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned forestry and fisheries farms under the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province:
1. Convert the following forestry and fisheries farms into Forestry Companies:
- Forest-Fishery Farm 30/4;
- Forest-Fishery Farm U Minh I;
- Forest-Fishery Farm U Minh II;
- Forest-Fishery Farm Tran Van Thoi;
- Forest-Fishery Farm Song Tre;
- Forest-Fishery Farm Tam Giang III;
- Forest-Fishery Farm 184.
2. Convert the following two forestry and fisheries farms into Management Boards for Protective Forests:
- Forest-Fishery Farm Dam Dơi;
- Forest-Fishery Farm Tam Giang I.
3. Merge Forest-Fishery Farm U Minh III into U Minh Lower National Park.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization and renovation of state-owned forestry and fisheries farms according to Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Issue a decision to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to Forestry Companies and Management Boards for Protective Forests in accordance with the local forestry development plan and the development plan of each forestry and fisheries farm.
3. Review and adjust the reorganization plan for the units: Forest-Fishery Farm Ngoc Hien, Forest-Fishery Farm Sao Luoi, and Forest-Fishery Farm Kien Vang, Forest Protection and Development Management Board 13/12, report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for review, and submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and other relevant ministries shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province in implementing this Scheme.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
