THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Based on the results of the evaluation by the Evaluation Council for the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Aquatic Products Group on March 10, 2007;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Education.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Forest Product Processing Technology Major at Bachelor's Degree Level attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Forest Product Processing Technology Major at Bachelor's Degree Level attached hereto shall be used in universities and colleges with the responsibility of training this major at the bachelor's degree level.
Article 3. Based on the framework curriculum prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges shall develop specific curricula for their institutions, organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their schools based on the evaluation by the Textbook Evaluation Council established by the Rector or Principal.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Universities and Graduate Education, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Rectors of universities and academies, and Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
