THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases No. 03/2007/QH12 dated November 21, 2007;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine and Environment Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the use of vaccines and medical biological products for prevention and treatment."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette..
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Departments under centrally governed cities and provinces, heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health, and health sector heads are responsible for implementing this Decision.
