CIRCULAR
Issuing the Primary School M'nong Language Program

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005 and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law, and Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning the spoken language and writing system of ethnic minorities in general education institutions and regular education centers;
Based on the Minutes of the Review Meeting dated October 17, 2010 of the Review Board for the Primary School M'nong Language Program;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Ethnic Minority Education;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the Primary School M'nong Language Program.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Primary School M'nong Language Program. This program serves as the basis for compiling teaching and learning materials for the M'nong language (elective subject) for M'nong ethnic students at the primary level.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 12, 2012.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Ethnic Minority Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, Heads of general education institutions and regular education centers are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
