Circular No. 23/2016/TT-BTNMT Issuing the List of Place Names for Population, Topography, Hydrography, Economic and Social Purposes to Serve the Work of Establishing Maps of Dong Nai Province

CIRCULARAMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 16/2025/TT-BCT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2025 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON THE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITIVE WHOLESALE ELECTRICITY MARKET

ISSUING THE LIST OF POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL PLACE NAMES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING THE MAP OF THE LAND AREA OF DONG NAI PROVINCE

Pursuant to DecreeNo. concerning the functions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;June 2024;The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular on technical regulations for assessing solid mineral resource potential on land in basic geological surveys for minerals."b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."PURSUANT TO THE DECREES OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTngenvironment;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE LIST OF POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL PLACE NAMES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING THE MAP OF DONG NAI PROVINCE.

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL PLACE NAMES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING THE MAP OF DONG NAI PROVINCE.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 18, 2016.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
