REGULATIONS ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION STANDARDS FOR ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION - PERMISSIBLE LEVEL OF ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION AT WORKPLACES

Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Law No. 84/2015/QH14 dated November 25, 2015No. 84/2015/QH13 on November 25the||| Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated July 10, 2015;

Pursuant toGovernment Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 issued by the Governmentstipulating detailed implementation of oneiprovision ofnumberregulation concerningLawtechnical standards and regulations;

Pursuant toGovernment Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 issued by the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, andamend organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;structure 

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Environmental Health ManagementofThe Minister of Health issues this Circular to promulgate the National Technical Regulations on Illumination - Permitted Illumination Levels in Workplaces.

The Minister of Health issues this Circular to establish national technical regulations on ultraviolet radiation.

Article 1. National Technical Regulations on Ultraviolet Radiation

Issued together with this Circular is QCVN 23/2016/BYT - National Technical Regulation on Ultraviolet Radiation - Permissible Level of Ultraviolet Radiation at Workplaces.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Director of the Health Environment Management Department, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, General Directors of General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Provincial Health Service Directors of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of health services of ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
