DECREE-LAW
No. 23 dated September 10, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM GOVERNMENT
After the Council of Ministers has agreed,
DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Appoints Mr. Vinh Thuy as an advisor to the Provisional Democratic Republic of Vietnam Government.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
