Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1966, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission,
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting errors in the serial number order presented in some CBTT Forms accompanying Circular No. 38/2007/TT-BTC dated April 18, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Finance, guiding the disclosure of information in the securities market, including:

Form CBTT-05;

Form CBTT-06.
(Details are provided in the attached annex).
Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
