Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of November 12, 1966, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Acts of December 16, 2002;

BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission,

DECISION:

Article 1. Correcting errors in the sequence numbers presented in some Appendices attached to Decision No. 13/2007/QD-BTC dated March 13, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Model Prospectus in the Public Offering Securities Prospectus and the Listing Securities Prospectus at the Stock Exchange, Trading Center, including:

- Appendix No. 03;

- Appendix No. 05.

(Details are provided in the attached appendix).

Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
