PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province at Document No. 211/VP8 dated October 23, 2003 and the Minister of Home Affairs at Document No. 2602/TTr-BNV dated November 5, 2003
DECISION:
Article 1. The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Nam Dinh Province is established under the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee to manage industrial zones within the province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Nam Dinh Province shall be responsible for performing tasks and exercising powers related to the management of industrial zones as prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulations on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Nam Dinh Province shall have legal personality, a bank account, and a seal bearing the national emblem. The staffing and operating funds of the Management Board shall be included in the state budget allocated to Nam Dinh Province.
Article 2. The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Nam Dinh Province shall have a Director appointed by the Government Chairman; several Deputy Directors and several members appointed by the Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Nam Dinh Province shall have an organizational structure as stipulated in Article 28 of the Regulations on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province, and the Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones in Nam Dinh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
