THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province in Document No. 396/UB dated March 8, 2002, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government in Report No. 67/TTr-BTCCBCP dated March 18, 2002,
DECREE:
