Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993, stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law.
Pursuant to the Decision No. 21/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 6, 2001, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Framework Curriculum for Secondary Vocational Education.
Based on the agreement document number 8899/THCN&DN dated October 7, 2002, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Training of the Ministry of Health.

Article 1. The Framework Curriculum for General Secondary Vocational Education in the Multidisciplinary Nursing Field, belonging to the Health group, is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. The Framework Curriculum for the Multidisciplinary Nursing field shall be implemented in medical universities, colleges, and general secondary vocational schools from the academic year 2003.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science and Training shall direct and guide schools in developing detailed curricula, compiling and approving textbooks and teaching materials.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of Bureaus, Directors of Departments of the Ministry of Health, Principals of medical universities, colleges, and secondary vocational schools are responsible for implementing this Decision.
