DECISION
Regarding the establishment of Nam Dinh University of Nursing
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 approving the planning of the network of universities and colleges for the period 2001-2010;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 1180/TCCB dated February 23, 2004 regarding the establishment of Nam Dinh University of Nursing.

Article 1. Establishing Nam Dinh University of Nursing based on Nam Dinh Health College.
Article 2. Nam Dinh University of Nursing is a higher education institution under the Ministry of Health, subject to state management in education by the Ministry of Education and Training; the University has its own legal personality, seal, and separate account.
Article 3. Nam Dinh University of Nursing operates according to the Charter of Universities issued together with Decision No. 153/2003/QĐ-TTg dated July 30, 2003 of the Prime Minister.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
