DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
ADOPTING THE "BUDGET ESTIMATE UNIT RATES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - CONSTRUCTION PART"
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Construction Law No. 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly, 11th term, fourth session of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 on Management of Investment Construction Projects;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Economic and Finance Department, the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.
The "BUDGET ESTIMATE UNIT RATES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - CONSTRUCTION PART" is promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2.
This "BUDGET ESTIMATE UNIT RATES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - CONSTRUCTION PART" replaces the sets of "BUDGET ESTIMATE UNIT RATES FOR BASIC CONSTRUCTION" issued pursuant to Decision No. 1242/1998/QD-BXD dated November 25, 1998; Decision No. 31/2002/QD-BXD dated November 12, 2002; the Drilling Work for Pile Foundation in Decision No. 17/2004/QD-BXD dated July 5, 2004; Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BXD dated January 24, 2005 of the Minister of Construction, and certain unit rates agreed upon by the Ministry of Construction for issuance by relevant ministries, sectors, and localities listed in this set of unit rates.
Article 3.
This "BUDGET ESTIMATE UNIT RATES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - CONSTRUCTION PART" shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. It serves as the basis for provinces and centrally administered cities to establish construction unit prices for preparing project estimates and total construction project budgets and managing investment costs.
Article 4.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
