REGULATIONS ON CONSTRUCTION AREA STANDARDS FOR METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATION STATIONS

BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON EXPLOITATION AND PROTECTION OF METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL FACILITIES;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 24/CP OF MARCH 19, 1997 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDINANCE ON EXPLOITATION AND PROTECTION OF METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL FACILITIES;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
BASED ON THE DECISIONS NO. 147/1999/QĐ-TTg OF JULY 5, 1999 AND NO. 260/2006/QĐ-TTg OF NOVEMBER 14, 2006 OF THE PRIME MINISTER REGARDING STANDARDS AND QUOTAS FOR THE USE OF OFFICE SPACE IN STATE ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ISSUED WITH THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE CONSTRUCTION AREA STANDARDS FOR OBSERVATION STATIONS USED FOR METEOROLOGICAL STATIONS, HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL STATIONS, AGRICULTURAL METEOROLOGICAL STATIONS, MARINE METEOROLOGICAL STATIONS, AND UPPER-AIR METEOROLOGICAL STATIONS NOT BELONGING TO THE BASIC METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL SURVEY NETWORK.
Article 2. THE CONSTRUCTION AREA STANDARDS FOR METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATION STATIONS SHALL BE UNIFORMLY APPLIED ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2010.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED BODIES, CHAIRS OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, DIRECTORS GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROLOGICAL CENTER, HEADS OF MINISTRY SUBORDINATE UNITS, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR.
