CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation of preparatory university schools

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005 and the amended Education Law supplementing certain articles of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009.
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. This Circular issues the Regulation on the organization and operation of preparatory university schools.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 28, 2011. All previous provisions contrary to this Circular are abolished.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Higher Education Department, Ethnic Education Department, Vocational Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and Principals of preparatory university schools, ethnic preparatory university schools are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
