ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF CERTIFIED REFERENCE MATERIALS IN GEOLOGICAL AND MINERAL ANALYSIS
BASED ON THE STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW 2006;
||| Based on the Law on Legislative Acts of 2008;
BASED ON THE MINERALS LAW 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 25/2008/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2008, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT; AND DECREE NO. 89/2010/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 18, 2010, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 25/2008/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2008;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF CERTIFIED REFERENCE MATERIALS IN GEOLOGICAL AND MINERAL ANALYSIS WITH CODE QCVN 48:2012/BTNMT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 5, 2013.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE GEOLOGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES GENERAL DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENTS, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
