Pursuant to DecreeNo. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government onon activities of surveying and mappingồ;

BASED ON Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; At the proposal of stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure organization of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment organize credit institutions, foreign bank branches are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular.trường;

Article 1. This Circular sets forth detailed economic-technical standards for gravity measurement accompanying this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 21, 2013.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Vietnam National Survey and Mapping Agency, Institute of Surveying and Mapping Sciences, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
