REGULATING NATIONAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS ON NOISE - PERMISSIBLE EXPOSURE LEVELS FOR NOISE AT WORKPLACES

BASED ON THE LABOR SAFETY AND HEALTH LAWNo. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH13 dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 on the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;iIMPLEMENTING SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONSrime Minister cn technical;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;1The Minister of Health issues this Circular regulating national technical standards on noise - permissible exposure levels for noise at workplaces.

At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Environment Management Department;

Article 1. National Technical Standards on Noiserime Minister cANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 24/2016/BYT - National Technical Standards on Noise - Permissible Exposure Levels for Noise at Workplaces.

Director of the Department of Environmental Health, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, General Directors of General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Health Services and Heads of health agencies under Ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

The accompanying Circular QCVN 24/2016/BYT - National Technical Regulation on Noise - Permissible Exposure Levels for Noise at Workplaces is hereby promulgated.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Director of the Health Environment Management Department, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, General Directors of General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of health agencies under Ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
